I take great care in checking & packaging items so they arrive to you in perfect condition. If they do become damaged in transit, or if I have made a mistake with your order, please email me immediately so I can either replace the item or refund you. If you decide you do not want the item when you receive it, please leave it in it's packaging & immediately return it to me. Please also email me at this time to let me know you are returning the item. You can exchange the item or receive a merchandise credit coupon for later use. In some cases I will provide a cash refund. Please contact me if there are any problems with the order so I can rectify it for you.
